I have just purchased X and I have installed the cornerstone and theme, however, when it comes to editing my banner and home page (Customise x in theme options) all I get is a loading page loop. I read another post about dedicating more memory to the WP-Config script, which I have done. No changes. Please help. Not a good start for a straight out the box theme.

It might be the issue of the WordPress 6.2 update issue. Please have look at this thread for the reference to get rid of it.
If it doesn’t work for you I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.
If none of those work, It would be best if you could copy your live website to your staging area. and send your details in a secure note so that we can investigate your setting without breaking your live site. Please provide the following details
