Cornerstone or something else?

I have PRO with Ethos. I want to stylize the appearance of my blog post archive.

I want to change the actual style of the thumbnail square in archived blog posts that appear as masonry squares, so the category appears in a white box over the archived blog image, and the blog title appears below the image… not with this black overlay look that’s the default style in ethos theme. You can get a sense of what I’m looking to do here: As seen here, https://jennakutcherblog.com/category/goal-digger/page/2/

Hello @kleins99,

Thanks for writing in!

To accomplish what you have in mind and just like in the example site, you will need to create your own custom layout using the Layout Builder. With the layout builder, you can go to Cornerstone > Layout Builder and create a new Archive layout. You design the archive layout with the help of the Looper Consumer. It is best that you watch this video demonstration on how you can start building your own archive layout for your blog post archives:

Once you created your archive layout, you can then assign the layout for your blog index or category archive. Please check out this documentation as well:

Kindly let us know how it goes.
