Cornerstone not updating text

Hi all,
I have this same problem:

Cornerstone text editors not registering changes/cannot save changes

Hello, After recent updates the text editor in Cornerstone does not register any changes being made when typed in. You can see in the video below that I try to type changes into the editor, the “Save” button does not turn orange, indicating no changes have been made and then if I close the editor and open it back up, the changes disappear. This happens whether I am in the Rich Text editor or the HTML editor. I would say this is happening about 25% of the time when trying to edit text now. I hop…

I have cache plugin off, Cloudflare in maintenance mode, tried using PHP 7.4, 8, 8.2 with no help at all.

Any help?

We are not experiencing that issue with our installation. It would be best to check the issue on your website. To do that, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

• Admin level username and password

I am also experiencing this issue on several websites we manage that uses x-theme and cornerstone.

I have checked your website and created a test page to check the problem you described here. Unfortunately, didn’t find the issue here. I would suggest please provide any video that helps us to recognize the problem.

Is not having issues in new pages with no content.

The issue is on big pages with accordions, many other things.
