I have a site that shows a popup modal driven by convert plus. It was working until my recent software update. I have tried turning all plugins off but the problem still exists. I also made a new modal popup and the content does not show in that either.
Can you help me?

The popup should appear after 25 seconds and has content in the convert plus preview but not live on the site.

Further to last, I reverted to an older version of the convert plus plugin and the problem is resolved. Please let me know when it is safe to update the convert plus plugin.

Thanks for writing in! Which plugin version are you using? The available supported version and is available in your Automatic Updates is ConvertPlus 3.5.8
. Keep in mind that after doing the theme and plugin updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
And please clear your browser cache too. You may use private browsing mode in testing your site to make sure that you are viewing the latest codes from the updates and not the cached version in your browser.
If nothing is helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:

I’m having the same issue. Pop up appears but no content is displayed inside.
This is the view from the editor.
Plugins, WP core and Pro theme are up-to-date. All caches (server and browser) have been cleared.
Any ideas?
As a temporary fix, I downgraded back to the last version of convert plus.
Interested to know if there is a fix in the next update.

Latest supported version of ConvertPlus is 3.5.8, make sure to have that version. If you need to downgrade, please deactivate and delete your current version of ConvertPlus then reinstall it under Pro > Validation > Extensions.
