Content Area Modal Video Popup does not display in cell 1 only

We have a video gallery with six examples. Used the content area modal to display each video. Whatever video is in Cell 1 does not play. It does work in page builder, but not when viewed in live view.
Cell on looks like this is builder mode.

This is what it looks like in live view.

Hello @caez,

Thanks for writing in! Please make sure that you have inserted the correct embed code:
<iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/4GFUSwFmzOE" title="YouTube video player" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen></iframe>

kindly let us know how it goes.

Already checked that. It is not the embed code. It happens on any video embed if it is in Cell 1. If it works in cell 2 and you move it to cell 1, it no longer works.

It has something to do with the page it’s on. I saved the gallery section to a preset, then added it to another page, and it works fine. Also, on the home page, the page builder will not load in Safari. Works fine in Chrome.

Hi @caez,

Glad that it works. Regarding the problem with Safari, I would suggest you check once by clearing all types of cache including the Browser cache, and check in the incognito/private mode of the browser.

Hope it helps.
Thanks

What do you mean you are “GLAD IT WORKS”?!?! You failed to read through my comments. IT DOES NOT WORK. Please go to the home page and click on the first video in the gallery. It does not work.

Hey @caez,

We apologize for the confusion. Let us go back to what you’ve said:

There might be a section containing broken HTML. Please do the following to troubleshoot.

  1. Save your whole home page as a template using the Templated Manager.
  2. Load the home page template to a page with out header and footer to isolate the content (HINT: use the Blank - No Container | No Header, No Footer theme page template)
  3. In the test page where the home page template is loaded, delete Section 1, save the page and check if the issue persists. If it does, continue repeating this step until the issue is fixed. The last section you delete is the cause. You can point us out to that section and we’ll investigate further.

Thanks.
