Contact Form 7 Not Submitting On Mobile Devices

Hi.

We have a contact form that has functioned perfectly for several years and just recently it began malfunctioning. When submitting a form from desktop, the contact form still functions properly, however when trying to submit the same form on a mobile device (specifically iPhone - I don’t know about Android devices) the form does not go through. I’ve already updated everything, including PHP and I’ve ruled out any interference from other plugins. Can you please help? Thank you!

Thanks for writing in! You have installed the W3 Total Cache plugin. This could just be a caching issue. It could also be caused by a plugin conflict, amongst other things. Please check out this troubleshooting article here and follow the instructions for the following sections (where appropriate):

Testing for Plugin Conflict
Theme Update
CSS/JS Customization
Disabling Cache
Disabling CDN

If nothing is helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
- Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site

It appears that the issue is that reCAPTCHA response token is empty when using mobile and so Flamingo is filtering the messages as spam. Do you know how to fix this issue? Again, it’s working fine on desktop, but for some reason it’s not working on mobile…

Hi @Zaepian,

I suggest that you create a new site key and secret key for your recaptcha and let see if it fix your issue. You can do it here.
