I’ve just starting using Complianz and, as shown on the following posts, cornerstone fails to load when using it.

There was a thread on this but I can’t comment, as it has subsequently been locked – Complianz breaks Cornerstone + Quickfix I’ve tried adding the code to my functions.php and it switches off the Complianz plugin on the front end, rather than just when using Cornerstone. I was really hoping that this was going to work, as manually switching the login off every time I need to implement updates is incredibly time consuming!

As other users in the forum reported here: Cornerstone Editor is loading and nothing else happens and here: Cornerstone not loading on several pages I am also affected by the problem that Cornerstone does not load a page anymore if Complianz is installed and if you page contains a certain piece of content. I did use @raye 's code:

function cmplz_my_filter_site_needs_cookiewarning( $cookiewarning_required) {
	if ( is_user_logged_in() ) {
		return false;
	}
	return true;
}
add_filter( 'cmplz_site_needs_cookiewarning', 'cmplz_my_filter_site_needs_cookiewarning' );

And it allowed Cornerstone to load but the ‘allow’ pop up was there (not the end of the world as at least it loads), but I wonder if anything else has come up since that may provide a fix?

Mostly the code works, there might be something else that is the reason behind your problem. I would suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
4.Child Theme Related issue ** if you have activated it.
5.CSS/JS Customization
6.Disabling Cache

If none of the above works, please copy your live site to a staging server so we can troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.

– WordPress Admin username/password
