Changing Font On A Predesigned Template

Hi there - I am following up to this post which is now closed.

In summary, we used a Themeco prebuilt template for our new homepage design. The only task remaining is to change the font so that it matches the homepage. We looked at your suggestion to use the font manager, but what happens when the font manager is turned on is all the font changes sitewide.

I created a short video showing what we tried and will share that via a secure note. Please take a look at the video and advise how we go about changing the font on that prebuilt template so that it matches the font used site wide.

Thanks

Hello Tim,

Thanks for writing to us.

Regretfully there is no option to change the font in the “Classic Text Type element”. It renders that font from the Theme Option that you have saved. In the Please note there is two option 1. Body and Content and 2. Heading. In case if there is no option for the font change then the font would render from here. All the paragraph fonts render from the Body and Content and heading fonts like H1, H2, H3, H4, H5, H6 that renders from the Heading front settings.

I would suggest you use the Text element where you would get an option to change the font option.

Hope it helps
Thanks
