Cart count broken after update Pro

Hello there, I am testing out Pro on a staging site but the cart count seems to be broken.

When the page loads it looks like:

Then sometime it looks like the following when I add something to cart:

On my normal production site it looks like:

Interestingly enough, I do not appear to have this issue on mobile as I use a hidden element that is duplicated. I am very confused.

I had used the following tutorial found on the forum:

It worked perfectly before the update. Can you explain why it is broken?

Hi Joseph,

Sometimes the only screenshot doesn’t help us to recognize the issue you are having. Can you please provide login credentials for your staging site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Hey Joseph,

Thank you for providing the credentials. I checked your setup and I see you’re using Content Area element to display the item count which is not needed at all. You can achieve this with either one of the Cart elements or the Button element. Please follow this thread Cart Item Count Indicator
