I’ve followed the instructions on https://theme.co/docs/product-validation#validating-development-areas for validating X on a staging site, and I’ve added the staging site URL to the licence page. However, when I add the licence number to the validation screen on the staging site, I get redirected to https://staging.mysite.co.uk/wp-admin/admin.php? which is a blank page. When I go back to the validation page, X is still unvalidated.
What am I doing wrong?

You need to make sure that the WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) in your Settings > General is the same link you have in your staging area field in your themeco account.

Your staging area is now validated. The reason why it is not validating because it conflicts with one of your plugins. When I try to disable all your plugins for about 1-2 minutes then validate your website, it is now validating with no errors.
