Cant validate theme

Hi.
I’m in the " Your license of X is not validated ." loop of death. I have tried uninstalling all plugins and clearing cache but nothing works. The url location on my license page is correct but it still says that is not validated. It’s my living site so i’m in a bit of a hurry to make it work :(.
¿Can you hel me please?

It might be the issue of any plugin conflict, cache issue, or any browser extension that is stopping to validate the site. I would suggest you troubleshoot with our troubleshooting guide.

In case you haven’t seen our doc for license validation please have a look at it.

Please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password

The problem solved magically. Just after wrote the post the theme activated itself so problem solved :wink:
