Best server settings for THEMCO + WORDPRESS

We have a dedicated virtual private servers, and would like to know the best server configurations for XPRO to load proeprly

Hello @ahurlburt53,

Thanks for writing to us.

I recommend increasing the following server settings to the specified value or larger. Please consult your web host for all these server settings or you can set it by yourself if you an idea about the server configuration. Please have a look at our doc.

PHP configuration recommended

memory_limit = 512M
upload_max_filesize = 512M
post_max_size = 512M
max_execution_time = 300
max_input_time = 300

Recommended MySQL configuration

max_allowed_packet = 16Mb
innodb_log_file_size = 128mb

Please ask your web host to enable allow_url_fopen. The value must be On in order for your server to receive data from our server.

In case if you planning to purchase the hosting for your site you may check this article to learn more about how to select the best hosting for the WordPress site.

Hope it helps
Thanks

we completed these assignments. However, we still have issues editing pages. Check the secure note and help fix the issue. We just want to edit the page in the xpro page builder.

Hello @ahurlburt53,

This thread seems related to this one:

By the way, please always do see this documentation:

We can’t seem to get page builder to load on our server. We were able to get xpro to work on a local machine. Please guide us on proper server permissions to get xpro to load with no warning :warning:

We migrated to new SSD VP DEDICATED SERVER

Hi @ahurlburt53,

I don’t see anything that you added something in the secure note. To investigate further about your issue, would you mind sharing your credentials? To do that, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.

Thank you.
