I’m constantly adding media queries for tablet and mobile CSS. Are there any plans to add desktop/tablet/mobile specific CSS throughout the builder similar to what Elementor does? This would be hugely convenient.
Hello, @Speshled,
Thank you so much for writing to us.
We have settings for each of our elements to show or hide content by device size and you can also set columns and cell size according to device size asl well.
Please have a look at documentation I am sure it is going to help you.
To learn more you can check the video as well.
Thanks
Hey @PrakashS,
I’m pretty familiar with the existing functions but I’m asking more for specific elements. The text element in Elementor, for example, has the ability to choose a font size for desktop, tablet, and mobile all separately in the builder. It has granular desktop/tablet/mobile settings for every possible setting in the builder.
This would make my life tremendously easier by reducing how much mobile CSS I have to write when building with Pro.
I was just curious if this was on the roadmap because this is one of the biggest features that has earned Elementor so many installs.
Hi @Speshled,
We certainly appreciate the feedback, this is something we can add to our list of feature requests. This way it can be taken into consideration for future development. All of these items are discussed with our team internally and prioritized based on the amount of interest a particular feature might receive.
In the meantime, please check out the Root Font Size feature, this is the feature that handles the theme’s text responsive.
Thanks!
