Accordion advance options don't show up on The X theme

I am trying to use the accordion element included in The X theme and I notice that I cannot see the advance settings to change the Item and Head sections. I have clicked the advance mode on my options theme and also I tried to use the class name suggested in the theme documentation.

Could you please advice on this?

Hello Alejandro,

Thanks for writing in! By default, the advanced option is hidden. If you don’t see some of style options, you need to turn on the Advanced Mode by going to the Settings > Preferences > Advanced Mode

If nothing is helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password

I have already activated the advance option as I said on my first query. I have provide details in a secure note so please let me know if you can find find a solution for this.

Hello Alejandro,

I have edited your About page and I can see the Items and Header settings for your Accordion element. Simply click the accordion element in the preview and then find the Accordion > Items or Accordion > Header option in the left side.

Please check your page again. You may have just missed the setting.
