    Hi there,

    Please try these,

    memory_limit = 500M
upload_max_filesize = 64M
post_max_size = 64M
max_execution_time = 300
max_input_time = 600

    How about letting your hosting to do it so they would know what’s the issue setting this up? There is a tutorial, but anything could go wrong if there issues on their end.

    I love to help, but there is no way for me to see the detail of error or issues on their hosting. They are the one that has full control on your hosting.
