    I turned off the plugins and thegrid plugin still didnt work.

    How do I get rid of The Grid tables in the databases?

    Hello Bim,

    Access your site database via PHPADMIN. Look for this tables:

    wp_tg_item_skins
wp_tg_item_elements

    Drop those tables.
    If would be better if you have a backup of your site and database before doing the drop command.

    Dropped the tables and did a fresh install and still freezing…

    Hello Bim,

    Would you also mind adjusting max_execution_time on your php.ini? You may ask your hosting provider for guidance. See this:http://stackoverflow.com/questions/5164930/fatal-error-maximum-execution-time-of-30-seconds-exceeded

    Ok. My hosting service suggested I create a user.ini file as I dont not have access to our php.ini. What coding should I put?

    You may add this line:
    max_execution_time = 300

    I was able to upload .user.ini with max execution time at 300.

    This is the error I received:
    The quietlunch.com page isn’t working

    Hi there,

    Maybe it’s not allowed? Not all settings are configurable by a user. There could be limitations and you may want to contact your hosting provider to change it to a proper setup.

    Its allowed as they sent me a tutorial for the user.ini file as well. Attached is the file I created.

    Hi,

    .ini extension are not allowed.

    Please convert your file to text and send it again.
