BimParticipantHey X Theme! Hope all is well. I am trying to implement both Superfly and The Grid extensions to my site. SuperFly is not working like the demo (example image bg demo with automatic dropdown of sub menu & can not activate plugin as seen in the knowledge base). The Grid extension I can not create or edit preloaded grids. Please advise on how to troubleshoot. Thanks much.

LelyModeratorHi There,
Thank you for the video. Since Superfly comes with X, no need to activate this plugin.
For the issue, please go to Superfly Menu > Menu Panel > General > Mobile Logic for Submenu on Desktop:Set this to OFF. See attached screenshot. As you can see right now, we have to click and then that submenu shows. That is because of that settings.November 28, 2016 at 11:51 pm #1274173
BimParticipantThanks for the Superfly Fix!

ChristianModeratorPlease try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Thanks.

BimParticipant3rd party also meaning the extensions installed that X provides?
November 29, 2016 at 5:54 pm #1275281
FriechModeratorNope, just the plugins that is not bundled with X. And then clear your browser’s cache and any caching plugins that the site might have.
Thanks.
