Revslider 5.3.0.2 is now out on automatic updates. This appears to fix every issue we’ve seen reported so far, though of course there may be minor things that haven’t been reported yet.

Hi There,

Your slider seems to be working on my end, please clear your browser cache and test it again.

Please make sure you have slider revolution updated to version : 5.3.0.2

If that does not work please inform us which Broswer and Device you are using while experiencing the issues.

I have 2 sliders, none are working 🙁

Even with (v5.3.0.2) and clearing caches.
Everything else in WP up to date, all plugins deactivated.

Tried re-uploading backed up sliders > no luck.

Even tried creating a new slider to test > still with no luck.

I also noticed that certain functions that are just above the slider when designing it are not available to use either > Style / Animation / Loop / Visibility / Behaviour / Actions / Attributes / Parallax 3D.

What has that example or url got to do with my credentials I passed on?

When I said 2 sliders, I ment I have one slider on the front page. Then a second on another page.

Can you pls clarify your post.

Hi Bruce,

There is no slider on the homepage and I don’t know where the second slider is. And I assume that you intentionally disabled it, hence, I created another sample where the slider is properly working. I did enable the slider on your homepage and it works, but since it’s live and it’s intentionally disabled, I can’t leave it like that and I disabled it again. But it works okay on my end.

Firstly, there is a slider on the home page, secondly, the other slider is on the ‘books’ page, and no, I have not disabled them.
Rad, you said you created another slider, thats great, but the url you showed in your last post has is not my url, so I dont know where you got that from.

Lets start again hey…
Basically, everything worked prior to these latest updates, and now it doesn’t.
I have a slider on the ‘Home’ page and another on the ‘Books’ page.
I have read numerous posts on this latest issue with the slider, so I have done my checks first on how to fix, but to no avail.

Would like some assistance with this; a simple check on my settings to see if I have missed anything will be suffice.

I have the X-Under Construction active, so by all means, create a slider (if you must) and activate it. This site is just a test site anyhow.

Ah sorry for the confusion, I was looking on multiple threads with similar slider issues for comparison. Though, I can’t find the login credentials requires for HTTP Authentication. Please provide the login credentials for pop-window login.
