My site url is https://www.carysoft.com . Right now my site shows Carysoft | Empower Innovation in the browser window. When i create a new page say Home , my fron page shows Home – Empower Innovation , but i want it to be Home | Empower Innovation . Pls help

Also how can i optmise my site to the fullest

I checked the title of other pages and they use | for separator and X uses that out of the box.

Hey there. I have done a site scan on gtmetrix.com as well as tools.pingdom.com and i have the hummingbird plugin from premium.wpmudev.org . All three says that my site loads slow due to css in the theme. I do not want to use google fonts. What can i do to disable that and speed up my site ?????????????

Also do you know of an online site where i can learn wordpress theme and plugin development . Do you have an online academy or something like that .

Also please tell me how can i optimize my site to the absolute fullest. :):):):):)

Hi Jason,

Your site seems down so can’t test from my end but theme CSS can’t make your site slow by any means because X serves minified CSS and really it should not make any big difference.

Hey there. unfortunately. X has a lot of un cached and un minified javascript and css files. I have activated many plugins to do that job and it has been successfully minified and my site works well.

I do not want to use google fonts. I want to use fonts stored on my local computer . How do i go about it . Also , please send some links for using x the wordpress theme.

In Appearance > Customize > Typography, ensure that you’re not using Google Fonts (see attachment).

Hello. I’m really finding Cornerstone confusing and really think that this is a bad page builder , I never had trouble with SiteOrigin.

Also if I delete Cornerstone from my site but then want it later, where can I download it again from again?

Thanks for your feedback. Cornerstone will be installed automatically once you visit the Addons page so no need to download.

Hello. Please take a look at my site (www.adeford.com)
Right now it has a greyish background but I want it to be like athemes.com (with a white background) .

In the Sydney theme by aThemes, there are many widgets(eg Call to Action etc) . I have installed the theme on my site but not activated it. Will the widgets apply to my X theme? If not, can anything be done about this?.

Also I’m not finding Cornerstone good. It’s really not mobile friendly when editing and I don’t understand head to tail. Please include written text articles instead of videos because ur videos aren’t loading very well (because you use Vimeo ) . Use YouTube. It’s much better.
