How can I add a email sign up form at the footer? Any suggestions on plugins?

Thanks for reaching out.

You can try the ConvertPlus, MailPoet, or Email forms that are bundled to the theme. You can add them as a widget to your footer widgets. Please check this https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/customizer-footer-options/136 about Footer widgets. It’a an old guide but still same features on Theme Options > Footer instead of customizer.

Then you can add the widgets to footer sidebars Admin > Appearance > Widgets.

But if you’re on Pro footer builder then you can add them just shortcode within text element, or widget area element.
