It seems that the newly bought license and the site are not listed into your themeco dashboard, and not verified with our licensing system.
If the site, is already listed in your account dashboard, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:
– WordPress Site URL & Admin URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

In your account dashboard, there are 2 different account has 4 different URL in production and staging. Can you please specify the exact Site and the Admin URL of given credentials.

The user needs the admin privilege, to check the validation part. Can you please reassign the privilege and get back to us. Or else, you can go to your account dashboard and remove the site URL and save as blank and then try to validate again.

It seems that your site URL has a subfolder with it <yoursite>/de
, I have added the subfolder in your staging URL and check the validation and it works.
Now your site is validated with the license.

i have been using the xTheme and PROTheme in other accounts for a long time. I never had to enter a subfolder before. Always the root URL, which is then forwarded by the system.

Our licensing system needs the exact URL of the location where you are trying to validate it. So if you want to validate it, you need to add the subfolder with the exact URL.
