Activate reassigned license

I’ve been trying to activate the theme license after a domain change but it doesnt allow me. I’ve tried to force-check through the url flag but no luck.

Thanks for reaching out.
It seems that you are having a similar issue as the following thread, I would suggest you check once and do the same as suggested in it.

Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account

If that does not help, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

The website is not in a subfolder, it has wpml and two languages but it’s not in a subdirectory.

When visiting your website it is redirecting to the https://www.institutdepsicologia.com/ca/ which seems to be the reason and that is why I referred you to the specific thread. If that is not the case, I would suggest you troubleshoot the common issues related to the Product Validation

1. Location Issues
2. Communication Error Messages

If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

Hi,
The redirect is caused by the localization (different languages) and applies only to the front. The website backend is on the root.

Find attached the credentials.

Hi @LNubiola,

I have checked your WPML settings and found that the Use Directory for the default language option is enabled and for that the URL is the reason behind your issue. I disable the option and validated the license and it worked. Now your website is validated.

Yeah… that broke down the site. I have a complicated redirect scheme. I’ve switched back. Hope it doesn’t get unvalidated.
