"Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site"

Trying to update my site http://tre.startportalen.nu/ after over a years inactivity. However the automatic updates have been turned of, as well as the validation (which was ok earlier). Upon pasting the licens code the following massage appears:

" Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account. "

I’ve checked my licenses and the code has the correct site adress - no change from before when it was working.

Please advice.

Hi Manuel,

You have a very old version of the X theme and it is not supporting the new API system to check the license.

Please kindly make sure that you have a complete backup of your website or rather bather to move your site to a staging server and follow the manual update process mentioned here.

You can find the zip installation file of the theme on your apex dashboard here.

After the update, you will be able to validate the theme using this guide.
