Yoast not seeing internal links

Hi, I have scanned through the forum and see a lot of questions about Yoast SEO plugin and X theme. I am using X, not Pro, with classic elements. The posts I have reviewed say this combination should work together nicely. However, Yoast doesn’t seem to be seeing the internal links in either my navigation or in buttons that I have used. One post said to check links using this tool: https://www.seoreviewtools.com/internal-link-analyzer/ , which I have done. It sees 57 internal links while Yoast is telling me to add some.

What should I be doing to make Yoast see my internal links? Is Google is still seeing them even if Yoast isn’t?

Even if Yoast SEO plugin does not see the links, Google is still seeing those links because those links were displayed in the front end properly.
