Yoast identifies links on some pages but not others

Hi,
Ive recently noticed a problem on some pages where Yoast incorrectly claims there are no internal or external links on pages created in Cornerstone.
If this was a plugin conflict issue, I could understand it but given that its intermittent I dont quite understand why Yoast would report it.

Is this a known issue or any advice you can provide to debug it?

– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
