Xtheme - Scrolling causes flickering effect

He there,

I am using Xtheme on the stack “reniew” for quite some time now and still love the layout and everything (www.sturmvogel.at).
For quite some time now there is a strange flickering effect (Desktop-View) once you start scrolling up and down on the webpage (using the latest chrome browser). all themes & plugins are up to date, also wordpress is up to date.

Any idea what this might be?

Hey Jacob,

I scrolled up and down many times but I didn’t see any flickering. Maybe I’m not concentrating on the correct area in your site. Would you mind recording a video of the flickering or at-least a screenshot of the area that flickers?

It’s also possible that this issue could only be experienced on your browser only so please also try viewing your site in incognito mode and other browsers. If you have browser extensions, deactivate all of them temporarily.

Hi Christian, sorry for the late reply. Using the latest chrome browser. I also tried now to view in incognito-Mode - no change. Seems to be related to Chrome, as in Firefox and IE and cannot reproduce it. Still - any idea what it might be?

Hello Jacob,

Would you mind to try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
