Xtheme licence not validated

Hello, It is saying my licence is not validated with Xtheme. I tried to validate and it says my code is being used already with another website(which I thought I had validated already correctly)?
I’m using word press if that helps?

I’m still having trouble trying to validate Xtheme for updates, can Evanto Studio experts fix this issue for me? It looks like they charge $50 to fix?

Hi Ryan,

Thanks for writing in! Upon checking your site URL assigned to this Themeco account, I see that you’re using an older version of X theme and Cornerstone plugin, so our validation process will not be initiated correctly.

First update your X theme manually by following this guide (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62). Then delete your Cornerstone plugin, head over to X -> Validation section and wait for few seconds to install the latest version automatically.

Also check the site URL that you have added assigned to this Themeco license and update it if necessary. You can also check our product validation guide here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-product-validation/55). Then you should be able to validate your site.
