Hello, I’m having some validation issues with my WordPress Multi-Site install. Have resolved the following message several times for other sites but it’s not working now:
“Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.”

Yes, it’s very possible that the issue is because of your outdated version of PRO (2.0.4). The latest version of PRO is 3.2.3. You can download latest PRO zip from your licenses page (see link below).
Another thing, I notice that the license for your The Pioneers site is different from the one you show above, please check that.
Since you might not able to do an automatic update with this scenario, please perform a Manual Update instead.

I manually updated to the latest edition. It’s still not validating.

Please do not post credentials on a public post, I have moved it to secure note now but for security measure please update the password of that credentials.
That site you’re having validation issue is a sub-site of The Pioneers, you should use the license associated with the main domain (ending at a12f) to validate a sub-site.
