X Theme not working well

Hi there, I am having issues with my X theme. Esp with the sub menus. I can’t change the width and I can’t get the subpage to show on the side (like parallex to right) instead of opening a new page. please help.

Thanks for writing to us.

Regretfully there is no option for the sub-menu width. You can use this custom CSS code for it.

.desktop .sub-menu{min-width: 200px;}

In case if you want to have one-page navigation please have a look at our doc.

In case if you pointing to something else please give us more information so that we can advise you.

Please feel free to change the width as per your design. The purpose of providing custom CSS is to show you how to add CSS code to your site. Writing custom CSS is outside the scope of our theme support. If you need more customization, you need to learn CSS and learn how to use the browser’s element inspector or you subscribe to One where customization questions are answered.

Hi there, thanks for the replies. I have a few issues with the theme - one being that on mobile - the fonts and paddings are not consistent with the editor. Especially for the “why” page. Can you please assist? thanks.

It seems that you may require some customization with the CSS, but that is beyond the scope of our theme support. I would also suggest you hire a developer who can assist you to do the customization or you can avail of our newly launched service called One, where we answer the questions beyond normal theme support.

Okay, what about showing the subpages as part of the parallex on the right instead of the current layout of a new page.

I would like to merge the subpages in the sub menu as part of the main website pages - when a user clicks , the page flows to the side: https://grege-interieurs.com/ —> under “works” or opens as a pop up.

Also, I would like my footer to be fixed and not moving - currently, it is at the bottom of the page. Can you advice how this can be done?

Also, the nav bar isn’t showing properly in mobile. The sub menu item also shows a white border on top. I’d also like to know how I can space this out. Thanks.

I have checked your website and found that it is using some other theme not the X or Pro. Answering a question on the different products is beyond the scope of Theme Support, I would suggest you avail of our newly launched service called One, where we answer the questions beyond normal theme support.

Hi there, we are using only X theme. The ubermenu came with x theme. I’m not sure why you are saying this… :frowning: also, the global css seems to have disappeared and I cannot edit the bg image width - anyway, subscribed. Thanks.
