X theme mobile menu not working, help please

Hello, the mobile menu on site www.touchenergy.co.uk is not working.
I have read through some of the old threads about this but cannot see how to make the changes.
Can someone help please.

Thanks for reaching out.

This could happen due to version incompatibility with the CornerStone builder and Theme you are using
I found that you are using X Theme with the version of 5.0.2 and the current version is 7.2.3, but you are using the updated version of CornerStone builder i.e 4.2.3.
Or id you still want to continue with the older version, then please delete cornerstone and re-install it through Admin > X > Validation (the notification area).

If that doesn’t resolve the issue you can check a few of the common causes.

1. CSS/JS Customization

2. Disabling Cache

3. Plugin Conflict
