X theme killed our website with 503 error

We think this started happening last month. If we switch to a different theme, our website is fine. When we switch back to X, the front end and back end both are inaccessible due to 503. This makes troubleshooting difficult. We aren’t able to find the solution in the forum. We have just purchased the 6-month product support - how can we submit a help request please?

Hello There,

If you go to Tools > Site Health > Info > Server and in Tools > Site Health > Info > Database, you will find out that you are using PHP 7.4 and MySQL server 5.6. Please be advised that your server hasn’t met the minimum requirements to run the latest WordPress. You may need to update the settings and ask the hosting provider to do this.

Best Regards.
