X theme CRAFTY

Hi,

I use the CRAFTY template, and as you see, there is no sorting option menue on the product page. How can I activate it?

Thanks for writing in!

The sort filter button is missing because it is actually hidden in the Crafty demo by a custom CSS. Please go to the X > Theme Options > Custom CSS and remove this custom CSS block:

.woocommerce-result-count,
.woocommerce-ordering {
  opacity: 0;
}

If you were not able to find it, kindly provide us access to your site so that we can find it for you. Please create a secure note with the following info:

– WordPress Admin username / password
