When attempting to create a new page on my existing site, I am getting the following error message:

For the meantime, follow the steps below:

• Clear any caches. An older version of the page could be stored, preventing the builder from loading
• Test for a plugin conflict as mentioned above.
• If you’re using a child theme, try switching to the parent theme to see if that makes a difference. The conflict could be in your customizations.
• If you are using a CDN system, try to disable it temporarily and check the case.

Hi Milton,

Thank you for the login information. I checked the website and managed to use Cornerstone with no problem. The only point is that adding a new page Elementor plugin hijacks the add new page screen. You need to click the X icon on the top-left corner of the screen to go back to the normal add new page screen.

There you will be able to click the Cornerstone button and access Cornerstone with no problem.

I still get the same error message. I’ve uninstalled the Elementor plugin to see if that would resolve it.

Sorry but I can’t replicate the issue on my end as well, I was able to open your pages on Cornerstone. Is the issue specifically happening to a certain page? In the meantime, please use the incognito/private mode of your browser where there are no caching and browser add-ons involve.

hi,
it happens when i do the following:
create new page
select blank page
Edit with cornerstone

i select “Edit with Cornerstone” and when the page attempts to load in Cornerstone, i get the error message.

Hey Milton,

The page needs to be created first so please try this:

create new page
select blank page
Set the Page Title
Publish or save the page as draft
Edit with cornerstone

I tested that and it works.
