X-Theme Child Not working

I keep getting an error saying that the parent theme is missing. Please install x parent theme. I have both Parent and Child theme installed.

I suspect that the parent theme or the child theme broken. Please try re installing them by downloading the X in your themeco dashboard and download the child theme here.
