There are lots of issues with the latest update. It now reads " This Cornerstone license is not validated" When I try to enter the code, which was purchased back in 2016, an error page pops ups, yet when I load my account separately here on theme.co it recognizes the purchase. What is going on? My website is completely down!

Thanks for writing in! I have checked your account and you only have the X theme licenses. If you are using Cornerstone as a standalone plugin, you will need to use a separate Cornerstone license. Please make sure that the X theme is activated so that the Cornerstone plugin will not ask you to validate.
If you are still having some issues, please provide us access to your site so we can investigate. You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
- Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site
