X Pro not validating

I recently bought the unlimited licence for x pro
when i enter the code it says validated - then right away it says not validated
I have tried several times

There might be a few different reasons for this issue, I would suggest you please troubleshoot the common issues related to the Product Validation

  1. Location Issues
  2. Communication Error Messages

If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Admin URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Hey @highmark,

The credentials you provided us don’t work. Please double-check.

While waiting for the correct login credentials, would you mind [Testing For Plugin Conflict] like this similar case?

In that other case, the user suspected caching as the cause also so please try temporarily Disabling Cache and if you’re using CDN, try temporarily Disabling Cdn
