X Pro Headers how to activate

Hi, I have recently started using Pro having been on X for many years. I have selected the sample header which I can see in the preview but when I publish the old menu is still shown. I can not find how to activate the header. Please can you assist and sorry if this is a simple one!

Hi Steve,

Thank you for writing in, once you have done building your Header, you can then assign it to the entire site or to a specific page or post, please see this documentation for more details.

Hi, I can the Conditions Control, when I select the header I do not set the switches for Header and Footer shown in the document. Thanks Steve

Hi Steve,

I would suggest you go through the following document on how to use the Header builder along with the way how to assign the Headers to the pages.

If you have already followed the steps given in the above document, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– Specific Header you have created with the condition used
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
