X and Cornerstone purchase

I’ve purchased the X template. The Cornerstone plugin that came with it was not able to provide Header and Footer creation, so I purchased the Cornerstone single plugin license which indicates it has header and footer features. Both licenses are registered within my Themeco accout. When I go to add a new document in Cornerstoine, Headers or Footers are not available. What am I missing?

Thanks for writing in! If you want the Header and Footer builder, you should purchase the Pro theme instead. Kindly check this documentation first:

I would recommend that you contact Envato (Themeforest and Code Canyon) for a refund. Envato/ThemeForest handle all requests related to that since we sell our product through their marketplace. You can learn more about the process here.
