It seems there might be an issue of PHP memory limit. I would suggest you please increase the PHP memory limit. I would suggest you please have a look at this doc to learn more about how to increase the PHP memory.
Please ensure that you have updated the theme, plugin, and WordPress core, If it doesn’t work for you please share your admin details in a secure note. Please provide the following details
- WordPress Login URL
- Admin-level username and password
- FTP login details
