WPML Unable to Translate Archive Layout

Hi, we’re having an issue when attempting to translate our archive layout from English to French.

When we click on either Copy or Start Blank we get an “Uh Oh. No Translation ID Found” error and fails to create the translation.

We’ve tried deactivating all plugins, and we have the recent version of Pro installed.

Please let us know if there are solutions. We’re hoping to launch by mid-April so any help will be appreciated.

Thanks for writing in! You can click on the Square with an arrow icon and then assign which archive page you want to preview for your translation.

If this does not help, please provide us access to the site so we can check your layout. You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
– Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site

For some reason it’s working now - it’s not giving that Failed to create Archive Layout anymore. Do you know what the issue for the original error may have been?

Glad to know that it is working now. The cache might be the reason behind your issue, and that is why it starts working after some time while it cleared.
