WPML Single Product Layout Not Loading error

Hi - I’m having an issue with WPML and the Single Product Layout. Do you have any solutions?

I checked your site’s Layout it seems that it is rendering properly at my end. It might be the issue of browser cache, I would also suggest you please clear your browser cache and then check it again.

And then clicking on the Israel flag to edit the Hebrew single product layout translation - and it’s giving me this error:

I tried to access your site dashboard but it seems that your site is down at the moment. It seems that it is an issue of version compatibility issue. Please make sure your theme, WordPress, plugins, and the PHP version is updated as per our version compatibility page. Please note your server PHP version is 7.4 or 7.4+ as it is recommended by WordPress. Please have a look at this article.

I would suggest you use the FTP to access the files, go to the wp-content/plugins/, rename the woocommerce plugin folder and then check.

If it doesn’t work for you please share the FTP details in the secure note.

I changed the folder names of Woocommerce and Woocommerce Paypal Payments and the dashboard works now. Do you know what I can do fix it so we can activate those plugins again? Thanks.

I would suggest you check the plugin conflict, I would recommend you deactivate all the other plugins and activate only WooCommerce and WooCommerce PayPal Payments plugin and then check if the error still exists I would suggest you downgrade the WooCommerce plugin to 6.1.1 and WooCommerce PayPal Payments version 1.6.4 then check it again.
You can download the older version of the plugin for the WordPress plugin repository, you need to click on the advanced —>Screoll down and select the version.

Before translating the WC Single Product layout, make sure that all of your products or at least some of your products are already translated. And then go in the Preview Manager (https://theme.co/docs/preview-manager) and select the product that has been translated before you click the WPML Flag.

And by the way, kindly deactivate temporarily the Cloudflare plugin and then go to Settings > SSL and fix your SSL issues first. You can do an SSL test in Tools > SSL Test.

Hi @ruenel - it’s still not working for us. We went to preview manager and opened Menorah - which we have translated - and it’s still giving us an error.

I see you already have English and Hebrew translations but the Hebrew ones return a 404 error. You can only preview a page in the builder if the page can be viewed in the front-end or the live page.

That 404 issue is not because of Pro. The proof of that is when I switched to the default WordPress theme, it still returns a 404. You need to contact WPML support to fix that first before we continue checking the preview issue.
