WPML Language Switcher in Personify (Magnate) Theme Header

I installed a new WordPress site, loaded Pro/Cornerstone theme, installed WPML. Additionally, I installed one of the Personify templates (Magnate).

I would like to have the English/Spanish switcher show up in the Header of the Personify theme. In WPML, I told it to add it to Header1. That didn’t work. I tried going to the Header in Cornerstone and adding a Widget area. That also didn’t work.

It would be nice if this were buildable with some kind of drag/drop. Maybe it is. If it is, I’m not sure what I’m dragging and where I’m supposed to drop it.

Most of the threads on this are from 5-7 years ago. Hopefully we’ve made progress since then.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin-level username and password
  • Exact Header URL
