Hi my site just crashed and I cannot recover it. My hosting provider indicated it is an issue with my theme. I’m running WP 6.2. PRO 5.1.5 and X 6.2.5. How can I get support ? is this related to the WP 6.2 issue you posted ?
Yes it is as it affects all Pro and X versions. See notes on manually fixing if you wish to keep Pro 5.
Also try recover mode if that helps.
sorry for the dumb question but how do I download Pro 6.1.10 ?
My site showed the new version of Pro, so I updated WordPress to 6.2. The site is now down. www.wiserpolicy.org

I would suggest you go to the Themeco account dashboard and download the Pro 6.1.10 version and update the theme. In case you have not seen the theme update doc please have a look at it.

Thanks I downloaded Pro 6.1.10. I wanted to try the first suggestion but what is on line 194 ? so I can make sure I’m updating the correct line.
I am legacy unlimited customer. I no longer see my downloads in my dashboard. Wordpress auto update crashed my site. I need to download the Pro update but I can’t find it!
