Hi there, my host Siteground said to reach out to you and says that the error:

Fatal error : Allowed memory size of 805306368 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 12288 bytes) in /home/customer/www/modernagenthomes.com/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-scripts.php on line 523

There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

Was caused by the theme and that this memory problem should not be happening. Thank you. They activated a different theme as this was the only way to access wp-admin login.

They did this to activiate a different theme in order to access wp-admin area.

Ssite tools > site > mysql > phpmyadmin > access phpmyadmin > click on the database name on the left > click on the table wp_options > on the second page where there’s template and stylesheet and I wrote twentytwenty

Thank you for your help!

Hi @mangelreynolds,

Thanks for reaching out.
It seems that the issue is related to the WordPress version which has already been fixed in the latest version of Theme. I have checked and found that you are still using the older version of Pro i.e. 5.1.5.
I would suggest you go through the following thread and update the X as explained in it.

Hope it helps.
Thanks

@tristup

Hi,

we needed to re-purchase your theme as our purchase code from before wasn’t present anymore and we were faced by this fatal error. Could you please kindly refund our order?

Kind regards,
Jan

Hi Jan,

It seems that you have purchased the X theme, which is exclusively sold in Themeforest. I would suggest you check the refund policy of the Themeforest from where you bought it.

Thanks
