WordPress recently did a series of updates earlier this month and as a result our Cornerstone Plugin was not launching. After updating our Cornerstone Plugin to the the latest version our website went down and Cornerstone continued to not launch.
WordPress then restore our old files and our website came back up but we were back to our original issue of Cornerstone not launch. Below are screenshots of our current version that is running. Also the response from WordPress support.

Please try uninstalling Cornerstone and reinstall the latest version currently 7.4.3.

I have checked the Cornerstone and the issue you specified here. There might be some different reasons behind your issue, I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.
1.Plugin Conflict
2.CSS/JS Customization
3.Disabling Cache
4.Disabling CDN
If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If that does not help, please copy your live site to a staging server so we can troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access in the secure note including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thank you for your help! We discovered that one of the 3rd party plugins was the issue and they were able to troubleshoot it for us. Cornerstone is back up!
