Hi, I am trying to add cross-sells or up-sells to a client site and only related products show (over which we have no control)
When the page loads they do appear for a second and disappear… any thoughts? Thanks for your help

Thanks for writing in! This is not a behaviour from the theme. It could also be caused by a plugin conflict, amongst other things. Please check out this troubleshooting article here and follow the instructions for the following sections (where appropriate):
If nothing is helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
