I am asking a refund with weLaunch : https://www.welaunch.io/en/ about their Woocommerce My Account plugin. Why that? this plugin just don’t work with theme.co, they qualified the theme as very awkward which I think this is untrue. I take this opportunity to warn you, don’t buy any plugin with weLaunch, and also to ask you if there is a compatible plugin we can use for woocommerce customization? Thank you
Hi Matt,
Thanks for reaching out and for the heads up!
You don’t need any plugins to customization your WooCommerce Pages. Pro theme can customize the WooCommerce with the help of the Loopers and Layout Builder. The customization can be done on the WooCommerce shop page, WooCommerce single and archive page. To know more about the Layout Builders and Loopers, please check this out.
- Loopers
- Layout Builder

Hope that helps.
Thank you.
Thank you, this is so next level to me, I am happy to know how cornerstone is amazing, but a step by step tutorial on how to customize My Account page would be just perfect for that lazy enthusiast like me ;p
Hi Matt,
Please follow the steps below on how to customize the MyAccount Page using the Layout Builder.
1.) Go to the Layout Builder Page
2.)Create a Layout and choose WC Single as type then hit the create layout button.
3.) Then click the choose Use template then click the My Account as layout
4.) Then click the settings and add the condition to be displayed in the MyAccount Page.
5.) Then you are now ready to customize your MyAccount Page.
Hope that helps.
Thank you.
Hi Marc,
I don’t understand you step 3), do you ask me to choose any kind of template or simply add a section? Anyways, I can’t select an existing saved layout…
The minute I create a Layout I got this :
I should erase the conditions in order to access MyAccount features. I think I get the Idea I should create a Layout branded with WC and then assign it to MyAccount page. But I don’t know why I got this message.
Hello Matt,
When you create a custom layout, you will be brought to this page:
Click the “Use Template” then a modal popup will display.
If the preview does not display anything, please try the live view of the page if it is displaying the account page.
Hope this helps.
Hi Ruenel, for an unknown reason it all worked fine the minute I did these steps on a new page.
It’s good to know that. Please do not hesitate to create a new thread if you have other inquiries.
I can’t see Use Template Icon, it displays " No suitable preview are found" alert with displaying default 404 page. When I use preview switcher and choosing “Account” from dropdown menu it reloads with homepage preview and still I can’t see Use Template Icon. Should I create any page or template at first? I have created WooCommerce My Account page before.
Finally I found that I should try Layout builder with default language of website ( My website has 3 languages). So I am able to choose a template, then I choosed My Account item from templates modal. After choosing My Account, content of preview window refreshed with my last product title and product description.
On next step I tried to add condition based on above tutorial :
But nothing was happened and I don’t know what should I do for the next steps!?
For example by using this method may I split my accout page by two columns and move default menu of this page to one column with a vertical sort and display related content on other column?
