WooCommerce Description Tab not Open on Product Page!

Hi, I’ve just enabled WooCommerce on a site I’m working on and have filled in descriptions for each product. When I view the product page, the ‘Description’ tab should already be open so you can see the text but it isn’t! Plus, if I click on the tab heading ‘Description’, it still doesn’t open! It only opens after I click on one of the other tabs first and then go back to the ‘Description’ tab!

I have no idea how to fix this, so I’m hoping you’ll be able to help.

Thanks for writing to us.

It might be the issue of cache or any plugin conflict just because theme styles are overriding by any plugin styles or maybe custom CSS/JS. I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.

1. Testing for Plugin Conflict
2. CSS/JS Customization
3. Version Compatibility
4. Disabling Cache
