WooCommerce Checkout page editor not working

I have tried both the “Woo Checkout Editor” and " Conditional Checkout Fields for WooCommerce" and neither has allowed new fields to appear on the checkout page. I did see an incompatibility with Remote Logging with the “Woo Checkout Editor” which I did turn off, but no luck.

Can additional fields be added to the checkout with Pro as the active theme?

Hello @501creative,

Thanks for writing in! The Woo Checkout Editor or other equivalent 3rd party plugin should allow you to add fields in the WooCommerce check out page. If this is not working for you, please provide us access to the site so we can investigate. You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
– Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site

To know how to create a secure note, please check this out: How The Forum Works

Cheers.

Done. Thank you.

Hello @501creative,

Thank you for the login info.

We tried logging in using the credentials above, but they seem to be invalid. We tried them a few times. Please check the info carefully or provide another admin account.

Best regards,
Ismael

Reset pasword and tested. Secure note updated.

Sorry about that.

Thank you for the info.

The Conditional Checkout Fields plugin settings are not working because your checkout page is customized using blocks and is not using the default checkout template with the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode. These plugins can only modify the default checkout template. Please contact the plugin developers for additional information about this issue.

The following documentation might help:

https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/#woocommerce-shortcodes
https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-pages/#tell-woocommerce-what-pages-to-use

Best regards,
Ismael

Thank you. Do you know of any way to disable blocks in WooCommercw checkout?

Thank you for the update.

Simply edit the checkout page, switch to the classic editor, and then place the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode in the text editor. Please make sure to create a site backup or restore point before proceeding with these steps. Let us know the result.

That worked perfectly. Thanks for the help.
