Woocommerce Checkout Page Bug

Hi Charlie,

I think I have stumbled across a Woocommerce Checkout page bug. This has been happening in all 6.7.x releases - I am on 6.7.2 (the latest) I am getting the iframe response error.

This is happening on every website I have (my own and clients) with Woocommerce installed.

Please try the following steps to see if you get the same behaviour:

  • Open the Checkout page in Cornerstone - you should get the error screen shown above.

Next:

  • Revert the Checkout page to default Gutenberg with the [woocommerce_checkout]
  • Go to any Product’s public page and add it to cart (possibly also attempt to go Basket > Checkout - it should work).
  • Go to Cornerstone and edit the Checkout page.
  • With a product in the Cart, Cornerstone the Cornerstone Checkout page will load.

Can you replicate this? I expect so.

Thanks,
Christopher

This might be a new WooCommerce thing, but if your cart is empty instead of the checkout it redirects you to the cart page. If you go on your site and add an item into your cart, you’ll be able to edit the checkout page in Cornerstone. I’ll see what we can do on our end. Thanks for sending this my way.

Thanks Charlie. Glad to have found it though struggled to understand it on old sites!
